The flavor inspiration for the sugar cookie latte actually comes from traditional holiday spritz cookies and Starbucks says that the goal was to harness the buttery and vanilla notes of the cookie.

Just like sugar cookies, this holiday treat is decorated with traditional red and green sprinkles!

The only thing lacking with these lattes in my opinion is a little holiday flair. But if dairy-free doesn’t matter to you, add a whipped cream topping just like the Chestnut Praline Latte and Caramel Brulee Latte.
